House Rules
- This is a Non-Smoking Villa. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the villa or on the enclosed porch. (This includes vapes)
- No Grilling on Patios or decks – grill in designated areas on property.
- Pets – Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside and pet waste must be disposed of. Please do not allow pets on furniture.
- No Fireworks
- No Parking on grass and sidewalks
- Do not feed the alligators, use caution when approaching water’s edge of lakes or ponds.
- Please limit Excessive Noise – Please respect other owners and guests by keeping noise level to a minimum especially after 10pm.
How To’s
- Wireless Internet Code is listed on the Refrigerator. If the Router at any point needs to be reset it is located behind the living room tv.
- Each TV is equipped with Roku and Cable. Instructions for each TV is listed in each room.
- When unlocking the sliding glass doors please remove the security bar.
- We’ve provided a Sports Deck Box for your enjoyment – The code to the lock is listed on the Refrigerator.
Check Out Procedures
- Wash and put away all dishes
- Remove trash from property and place in onsite dumpster. (located by the tennis courts)
- Check for all items you may have left behind
- Close windows and secure and lock all doors. Replace sliding door security bars.
- Return pool card to rental office or drop box (fee for cards not returned)
- Late check-outs are subject to charge equivalent to daily rental rate
